A: We preferred for Authorized service center.

Q: Why do you preferred Warranty Laptops to go in Authorized?

A: Because Authorized are paid by company, customer don’t have to pay for his Problem.

Q: If I agree to pay will you accept my laptop for repair rather Laptop is in Warranty?

A: Yes.

Q: What is the process and charges if I find my Laptop is faulty?

A: You need to submit the laptop in our workshop, within 24hrs we will give you the estimate and time line for repair, after approval we will repaired and return as per time and date fixed.

 Q: Do you provide Pick and Drop Service?

A: Sorry But For Now, we don’t provide but in future we will surely do it

Q: Which are the Laptop Brands you Repair?

A: We majorly repair all Branded Laptops for e.g HP | Compaq | Dell | IBM | Lenovo | Sony | Toshiba.

Q: Will i get the Repair Warranty?

A: Yes, we give 1 month warranty

Q: Is it possible for you to repair my laptop in front of me / Onsite?

A: Yes, we can repair in front of you, as our policy is transparent
